All yoga classes with Selina are designed to be relaxed, welcoming, explorative and nourishing for the mind, body and soul.
Each class has a blend of asana (postures/yogic stretching), pranayama (breathing techniques) mindfulness and relaxation. All are welcome to join. You can contact Selina on 07855 481829
Yoga every Friday morning at The Mill
9am Yoga Hatha Vinyasa
10:10am Gentle Yoga seated on chairs and standing.
Both classes are suitable for beginners. There are intermediate options within the classes for those who want more progression.
The classes cater to those with injuries being treated and support recovery.
Overall we work with movement, breath, strength and stretch to bring more awareness and balance to the body.
